With your permission, we access your device’s photo library solely to save AI-generated images for sharing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 AI Service Providers

We use third-party AI services (DeepSeek and Qwen) to process your conversation requests. Your conversation data is sent to these providers to generate responses. Your data will not be used by these providers for model training purposes.

4.2 Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to collect usage statistics and crash reports. These services may collect device information and usage patterns according to their own privacy policies.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not store your payment information. Please refer to Apple’s privacy policy for information about how they handle payment data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

  • With AI service providers as necessary to provide the service
  • With analytics and crash reporting services as described above

You can revoke photo library access through your device settings at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 12 and above. Age verification is handled through Apple’s platform age restrictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 12, please contact us immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in Hong Kong. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your information to Hong Kong.
