What you can do in the app

AI chat — Multi-turn discussion with streaming replies (smooth, line-by-line reading).
64-hexagram library — Browse, filter, and search hexagram entries.
Introductory articles — Built-in readings to learn the basics.
Three-coin practice — Follow the classic steps to form a hexagram, read the notes, and continue with the AI if you like.
Favorites & sharing — Save chats; export or share where the app supports it.
Sign in with Apple — Account sign-in; credits and subscriptions are explained in-app (including check-in and other rules).

Some features need an internet connection.

Frequently asked questions

Network and loading

Check Wi-Fi or cellular data and try again.
If the app hangs, force-close it and reopen, or restart your device.
Update iOS and EpochLoop to the latest versions from the App Store.

Credits and subscriptions

Credits, packs, and subscription benefits (including prices and billing periods) are shown in the app and on the App Store product page. If anything looks wrong, email us with a short description and no sensitive payment details.
Auto-renewing subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

AI responses

Replies are generated for cultural learning and reflection. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Library and three-coin flow

Use the in-app navigation to open the library or the three-coin flow. If a screen doesn’t match what you expect, update the app and try again; if it persists, contact us by email.

Troubleshooting

Confirm network access.
Update iOS and EpochLoop.
Restart the app or device.
Email epochloop@163.com with: device model, iOS version, what you were doing, and (if possible) a screenshot — do not include passwords.
